Instead of creating a predictable drink, we decided to brew kombucha; unapologetically punchy, healthy, and damn delicious.
Kombucha is fermented tea. In its simplest form, it’s a blend of tea, water, sugar and a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast).
Low in sugar, high in beneficial acids and antioxidants, JARR kombucha is the antidote to unhealthy sugary soft drinks.
